Stephanie Adomavicius

Stephanie has extensive experience in the communications field. Upon earning her BA from Quinnipiac University in 2010, where she majored in public relations and marketing, Stephanie accepted a position at Gibbs & Soell Public Relations (now G&S Communications). She remained there for four years, receiving two promotions and working with clients such as the United States Tennis Association and HEAD USA. While at G&S, she also produced large scale events in New York that featured the chief business correspondent for U.S. News & World Report and tennis stars Maria Sharapova and Novak Djovokic, along with events in Chicago and Raleigh, North Carolina, that featured the business reporter from the Chicago Tribune and the assistant editor from MarketWatch.

In 2014 Stephanie accepted a position at Hofstra University in the Office of Development & Alumni Affairs, handling all aspects of event management. She currently holds a position at the Hofstra Northwell School of Graduate Nursing. Stephanie is responsible for managing the school's social media handles, providing support to faculty and administration in relation to curriculum development, logistical planning, event planning and interdepartmental collaboration, and handling all aspects of customer service in relation to current students and prospective students.

 

Upon completion of her MA in Public Relations, Stephanie will pursue a MSEd in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies.
